About Me

Welcome to my page! I am currently pursuing my PhD in Biomedical and Health Informatics at University of Washington. I received my master's in Health Informatics from Yale University in May 2024, and graduated from University of Maryland, College Park in May 2022 with a dual degree in Computer Science (Machine Learning Specialization) and Linguistics, and minors in Statistics and Sustainability Studies.

As a volunteer of SAPA, I mainly assisted in planning and registration services for the 2023 SAPA-Connecticut Annual Conferencence.

OSDG Community Platform at UNDP, United Nations

The OSDG platform provides users with automated classification of text data from any sources by the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (proposed by the UN). My main responsibilities includes preprocessing large volumes of text data related to the SDGs and developed classification machine learning models.

In my spare time, I enjoy music and outdoor activities a lot, and definitely hanging out with people who share the same interests! Here are some activities I am participating in recently:)

A cappella group at Yale -- Contour

The Contour A cappella group mainly performs in the Chinese Spring festivals annually. We host weekly rehearsals throughout the semester.

Working at the Climbing Wall and Challenge Course at UMD RecWell

I worked as a challenge course facilitator during my undergrad at University of Maryland. It is always extremely exciting to witness individuals stepping out of ther comfort zones and reaching their goals from day to day.
